KB arrived safely in Cairo. As I'm thinking about her, The Travel Channel has the top 10 sites to see in Egypt. Top 3 are all in Cairo; Sphinx-y, The great Pyramids of Giza and the Cairo Museum which has more antiquities than any other place on the planet.
Her hotel overlooks the Nile. And to think that she was at the source and the end of the Nile this year. cool!
me? I'm hobbling around with my twisted knee. torn MCL. possibly ACL as well, but won't know until the doctor calls me monday. I think the dogs are going stir crazy since I can't take them out and about. Around the house, I'm managing. But I've had a lot of help. thanks, all!!
Missed the tour de Fat and hopefully I'll find out that everyone had a blast today at it. I'd rather miss anyway since KB isn't here to join me. Asha for both of us.
