Sharp Shinned Hawk

 
This bird snagged one of our finches, flew into neighbors garage and got a little stuck. We finally opened window, draped off all the glass (as he bopped his head a few times trying to fly threw the glass) Shut garage door and it made it's way out. Beautiful bird.

KB (and WB) did a bunch of cleanup in the yard. Got some new wood blinds (clearance at target 6bucks each) for the Arbor. took down the ratty curtains.

Garden will be nice this spring. And WB's room as the best view

heavy frost last night, hope the hardy crocus come back today.

Curling Nationals

Boss threw me some tickets to the Olympic Curling nationals in Denver. Kind of cool. we stayed for 2.5 hours and only saw 8 of the 11 rounds. very nuanced.

When we got back, KB had a flurry of organizational energy and we tackled the computer room (what a mess that was) the office desk and WB's room (putting away all of the baby clothes we have now)

Computer room is now cleaned and organized and is a proper functioning bedroom now.
WB's room is tidied up, needs a rug, a chair and the molding put up (maybe this week?)

the office desk was cleared (an incredible job by KB solo)

the basement however is the recipient of most of the clutter so we'll have to tackle that at somepoint.

and we have DISH back. which is a nice distraction to all this organizing.
