KB has two beers in the works. The IPA has finished bottle fermenting and is now in the fridge ready to drink.
The Biere de Noelle is in the carboy on it's initial fermentation. Spicy. Smelled awesome when it was in the works.
The IPA is a light hop version. A lot of the IPA's coming out of Odell's and New Belgium are heavy hops now. It's the in thing, but KB went the other way on a more traditional IPA and so far so good. we tested it both mid way and at the end of bottle fermentation and it's good.
nice job, Brewmeister.
