snow - the never ending winter

Rain then snow around midnight. the heavy wet stuff that breaks trees and downs power lines. guess what? plum tree split at the main branch. It's on the side that blocks the neighbors so I want to try and strap it up and heal it. didn't break off, but broke the heartwood so might not be fixable. We will try to rebuild you, plum. The apple is all bent over too, but nothing broke this morning. the fruit plum is small and resilient enough that it didn't accumulate much and will be fine. Around town, LOTS of big limbs down and on top of cars. aiy!
