Two full weeks without blogging.
Tonite....Double Pilsner from the best Brewery in the country; Odell's.
And tonite...salmon in cartoccio with of course, Double Pilsner.
We shall see. And KB would be proud....I bought two unripened avocado's (avocadi as I like to call them) and I'm planning on having it half (now-ripened) for my insalata.
And here's the gig. The food is the art. I like it because, it can be as short or as long a process and you want...you can easily break the barriers of the recipes (as in the above experiment). do what you want. and in the end.....mangia bene (speriamente)
KB has been trying to get me to do a starter and I'm for some stupid reason reluctant. Can't handle one more thing into the schedule?? (no....I'm lazy remember?)
my short review on the Double Pils is stellar. These guys simply know what they are doing. I Love Odell's!
